Platform Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Blox website builder, hosting, and related apps, templates, and services (“Services”) provided by Blox , a product of TDCCommerce (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By registering for an account, purchasing a subscription tier, or using the Blox editor to build, publish, or manage websites, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are entering into these terms on behalf of a team, enterprise, or business entity, you warrant that you possess the authority to bind that entity to these conditions.

Blox is a visual website builder that lets individuals, teams, and agencies design, publish, and manage multiple websites from one workspace. Key capabilities include:

• Visual Editor: Drag-and-drop pages built from pre-designed sections and blocks, with themes and live collaboration.
• CMS, Blog & Forms: Custom content collections, a built-in blog, and forms that collect and store visitor submissions.
• Hosting & Custom Domains: Publishing to a free Blox subdomain or a custom domain you own, with automatically provisioned SSL certificates.
• AI, Apps & Developer Tools: AI site and content generation, an apps and templates marketplace, and a REST API with webhooks for automation.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. Where a change materially reduces functionality you pay for, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance.

To use the site builder and create workspaces, you must register for an account. You can sign up with an email and password or with Google, and you can secure your account with passkeys and two-factor authentication.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all actions taken under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or breaches of security. Account credentials may not be shared among multiple individuals; each person you invite to a workspace or site must use their own account. The workspace owner is responsible for the members they invite and the roles they assign.

Blox offers free and paid plans. Current plans, prices, and included limits are listed on our pricing page. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

• Billing Cycles: Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly, depending on your selection. Yearly plans are billed upfront for the full year at the discounted rate shown at checkout.
• Auto-Renewal: Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date from your Profile. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
• Stripe Integration: Payment methods and invoices are handled securely by Stripe. We do not store raw credit card details. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the payment method on file for all renewal fees.
• AI Credits: AI features consume credits. Plans may include a monthly credit allowance, and additional credits can be purchased separately. Purchased credits are non-refundable except where required by law.
• Downgrades & Quotas: If a payment fails, a subscription ends, or you move to a lower plan, your workspace becomes subject to that plan's limits (for example, on sites, custom domains, or form submissions). Features not included in the new plan may be disabled, and resources above its limits may be locked until you upgrade or reduce usage.

You retain complete ownership of all data, layouts, custom code, images, CMS items, and text that you upload, design, or collect through your published websites (“User Content”). We do not claim ownership rights over your User Content. You are responsible for your User Content and for having the rights to publish it.

By building and publishing websites on Blox, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license, which we may extend to our service providers, to host, store, copy, process, and display your User Content solely as needed to provide the Services (such as serving your published pages, storing backups, and connecting custom domains).

You agree not to use Blox to build, host, or publish any website that, or to use the Services in any way that:

• Contains or distributes malware, spyware, viruses, or phishing campaigns.
• Sends spam, engages in fraud or deceptive practices, or infringes anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Exploits, harms, harasses, or threatens others, or hosts content that promotes hatred, violence, or illegal activity.
• Attempts to bypass plan limits or security controls, gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems, or disrupt the Services.

We may remove content or suspend or terminate your account, workspaces, and published sites if you violate this policy. Suspension for violations is without refund.

Blox includes AI features that can generate sites, sections, and copy from your prompts. AI output is produced by third-party models and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to content generated for others.

The Company does not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of AI output. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before publishing it and for making sure it does not violate these Terms or anyone else's rights.

Blox saves a version snapshot of your site each time you publish, so you can restore earlier versions. Version history is kept for the period included in your plan.

Version history is a convenience, not a backup service. The Company is not liable for data lost through accidental deletion, changes you make, or snapshots that expire under your plan. We recommend regularly exporting important content, such as CMS collections and form submissions.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, THE COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM (I) YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES; (II) ANY DOWNTIME, DNS PROPAGATION DELAYS, OR FAILURE OF SSL CERTIFICATE PROVISIONING; (III) THE LOSS OR REVERSION OF SITE CONTENT; OR (IV) THIRD-PARTY SERVICES, APPS, OR AI OUTPUT.

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to them shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which TDCCommerce is established, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that jurisdiction to resolve any legal action.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email or in the dashboard. Continuing to use the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
