Profile

Manage your personal account — name, email, password, two-factor authentication, passkeys, AI credit purchases, and account deletion.

Click your avatar or name in the top-right corner of the dashboard header and select Profile to open your account settings. Unlike workspace-specific pages such as Team or Domains, everything here belongs to your user account and stays the same no matter which workspace is active.

The Profile page's sidebar has two groups: Profile (this page's content — your personal account settings) and Billing & Plan (Compare Plans, Plan Usage, AI Credits, Payment Methods, and Payment History). The Billing & Plan tabs are covered in their own docs — see Plans & Billing.

Personal Information

Under Account settings, update your:

  • Full name
  • Email address — changing this checks that no other account already uses it; if one does, saving fails with an error and your email stays unchanged.

Click Save Changes to apply. This same Save Changes button also submits the Password fields below, since name, email, and password all live in one form.

Profile Photo

Click Change photo to upload an avatar (JPG, GIF, or PNG, up to 5 MB). If you already have one, a Remove button also appears next to it.

Password

In the Password section:

  • Current password
  • New password — must be at least 8 characters.
  • Confirm new password — must match.

All three fields are required together to change your password. Leave them blank to update only your name and/or email without touching your password.

Click Save Changes. An incorrect current password fails with an inline error on that field.

Passkeys

Passkeys let you sign in with Touch ID, Face ID, or Windows Hello instead of your password.

Click Add passkey in the Passkeys section.

Optionally give it a friendly name (e.g. "MacBook Touch ID").

Click Register passkey and follow your browser's prompt to authenticate with your device.

Each registered passkey is listed with when it was added and whether it's backed up (cloud-synced across your devices). Click the trash icon next to a passkey to remove it — you'll be asked to confirm, since you won't be able to sign in with it afterward.

Two-Factor Authentication

Two-factor authentication (2FA) requires a code from an authenticator app in addition to your password when signing in.

Enabling 2FA:

Click Enable in the Two-factor authentication section. If your account has a password, you'll be asked to confirm it first.

Scan the QR code with an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, 1Password, etc.), then enter the 6-digit code it generates.

Save the recovery codes shown — each can be used once to sign in if you lose access to your authenticator app. Click I've saved my codes — finish to complete setup.

Once enabled, the section shows a status card with an Active badge and a Regenerate button for your recovery codes — regenerating invalidates all previously issued codes.

Click Disable (with password confirmation, if applicable) to turn 2FA off again.

AI Credits

The AI Credits tab only appears if your active workspace's plan includes the AI Assistant feature. See Usage Limits & Quotas for how the monthly AI credit allowance itself works.

This tab has two parts:

  • Buy AI credits — a set of purchasable credit packages (each showing its credit amount and price). Clicking a package's price button opens Stripe Checkout for a one-time payment; once it completes, the page confirms the purchase automatically and adds the credits. Purchased credits never expire and are only spent after your monthly plan allowance runs out.
  • AI credits — your current balance (remaining monthly allowance plus any unused purchased credits), how much you've used this month, and a paginated table of recent AI usage by task (editor chat, guide, generate site, image, alt text, screenshot).

AI credits are pooled across every workspace you own, not tracked per-workspace — see Usage Limits & Quotas for details.

Danger Zone: Deleting Your Account

Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. It removes your account along with every workspace and site you own — not just your own user record.

Click Delete account, confirm in the dialog by clicking Confirm Deletion, and you'll be signed out and returned to the login page immediately.
